“Walking Man” by Alberto Giacometti (1901 – 1966)
“Where do we go after we die?”
“Somewhere.”
“How do you know?”
“I have been there.”
“You have been Somewhere?”
“Yes.”

“What is the difference between life and death?”
“Bicycle.”
“How so?”
“You use a needle and thread.”

“Do I understand that the Covid vaccines have not been approved?”
“That is correct.”
“How can the government administer unapproved vaccines?”
“Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) can allow for unapproved vaccines if there is an emergency and the vaccines are needed. The vaccine approval process, with proper testing, could take years. Emergency Use Authorization allows drug companies to skip complete testing. The benefits of using the vaccines now to deal with the emergency outweigh the risks of waiting for a thoroughly-tested vaccine.”
“So how can the government say that the vaccines are safe when the vaccines have not been properly tested and no one knows the long-term effects?”
“Good question.”
