We hear about how hospitals are in a crisis. Emergency Departments and ICUs are overrun with COVID-19 cases. Also, hospitals complain that they are understaffed.
So, why would hospitals threaten to fire employees who refuse to get vaccinated? How will firing employees help the staff shortages?
This is the same logic that says, “The vaccine does not stop the spread of the virus. The only way we are going to stop the virus from spreading is to vaccinate everyone with a vaccine that does not stop the virus from spreading.”
