Breathing. I always breathe because my body tells me that breathing is good for me—except when breathing toxic air.
Common sense. I do not always have common sense, but my body does. It knows what is good for me. For example, my body will tell me that leaving my hand on a hot stove is not good.
Surgical face masks, sometimes called face diapers, restrict air flow. I said that to a Kool-Aid Drinker and he said, “That is just YOUR opinion.”
Restricting air flow into the body means reducing oxygen into the body. Again the Kool-Aid Drinker said, “That is just YOUR opinion.”
Not counting pollution, air consists of 78 percent nitrogen, 21 percent oxygen, 0.04 percent carbon dioxide, and less than 1 percent of various other gasses.
When we exhale, we breathe out 78 percent nitrogen, 16 percent oxygen, 4.0 percent carbon dioxide, and less than 1 percent of the other gases. So the only changes are with a 5 percent reduction in oxygen, and a 100 percent increase in carbon dioxide.
Common sense says that if you breathe in the exhaled air containing 16 percent oxygen and 4 percent carbon dioxide, then you will exhale air with 11 percent oxygen and 400 percent carbon dioxide. (Nitrogen and other gases not affected.)
If you breathe in exhaled air containing 11 percent oxygen and 400 percent carbon dioxide, then you will breathe out air containing less oxygen and more carbon dioxide. So, the longer you wear a mask, the more carbon dioxide and less oxygen you breathe in. Common sense says this, but some studies have proven common sense wrong.
Studies prove that masks do not work.
Studies prove that masks work.
Studies prove that masks reduce oxygen levels.
Studies prove that masks do not reduce oxygen levels.
Studies prove that studies contradict each other.
My body, using common sense, tells me, “If you cover my nose and mouth with a mask and breathe in exhaled air, then I will panic because I am not getting the levels of oxygen I need. I will feel stressed that I am suffocating, and stress weakens my immune system.”
Do I need a body with a weak immune system when viruses lurk everywhere waiting to pounce?
If I am forced to wear a mask, then I am constantly pulling it down to uncover my nose to stop a panic attack. I try to do this so the mask police do not see me.
(The mask police are an officious bunch. They believe that one uncovered nose will kill millions of people.)
Two more questions about studies sponsored by medical associations and Big Pharma:
1 – Do doctors and drug companies profit from healthy people?
2 – Would doctors and drug companies purposely give healthy people false information to guarantee future profits?
(I am asking for a friend.)
“Keep breathing,” someone once said. “It’s the secret to a long life.”
I intend to keep breathing, and will do my best to breathe air with 21 percent oxygen.
ATTENTION MEDICAL MAFIA:
If any of your scientific studies contradict what my body tells me, then I disregard your study and listen to my body. Why? It’s a simple answer: I do not have to live with your scientific study.
